Paragut itself does not practice medicine. Clinical decisions are made by independent licensed providers in our partner network.

Health Information. When you complete a health intake questionnaire or consultation, we and/or our provider partners collect health-related information, which may include your medical history, current medications, symptoms, allergies, date of birth, and other information necessary for a licensed provider to evaluate whether a product is appropriate for you.

Telehealth provider relationship. Paragut works with Remedora, an independent third-party network of licensed healthcare providers. When you submit a health intake, your responses are reviewed by a licensed provider who determines whether a product — including, where applicable, a prescription product — is appropriate for you.

How health information is shared. We share your health information with the licensed providers in our partner network and, where a prescription is authorized, with the dispensing pharmacy. We share only what is necessary to provide the requested service. We do not sell your health information.

HIPAA. [VERIFY — see note below] The licensed providers and pharmacies who review your information and dispense products are covered entities under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and handle your protected health information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA's Privacy and Security Rules. Where Paragut handles PHI on their behalf, it does so under a Business Associate Agreement.

Provider and pharmacy contact information. You may obtain the name, physical address, and telephone number of the licensed provider responsible for your care and the pharmacy dispensing any prescribed product by contacting us at info@paragut.com.

Your health information rights. You may request access to or correction of the health information we maintain about you by contacting info@paragut.com.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. Paragut does not store full payment card details on its servers. Our payment processors may collect payment-related information subject to their own privacy and security practices.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted third parties only as necessary to:

  • Facilitate provider review and telehealth services (Remedora, our provider platform partner)
  • Process payments
  • Fulfill orders, prescriptions, and shipments (including the dispensing pharmacy)
